The function involves the development andimplementation of the HR solution (located on SAP Success Factors) with asignificant element of business process change management. The candidate should have a proven track record in leading enterprise-wideprojects including multiple business and technology streams and third-partyvendor management. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong backgroundin HR related project delivery and management of the business changes necessaryfor prosperous delivery. The main responsibilities are: » All aspects of Project Management for the HRcentralisation project » Business process changemanagement for the HR function » leadership abilities of the technicalsolution design » Resource management includingbusiness leads and Information technology delivery teams » Vendor management of thesolutions partner » Stakeholder management, includingthe Steering Board and senior business managers » Financial management of theproject budget » Project benefits definition andtracking (to ensure ROI is achieved) » Management of HR trainingdelivery and testing activity » Transition management of theproject into live service, ensuring service acceptance criteria are defined anddelivered » Project reporting Criteria: » Proven track record in the delivery of enterprise-wide projects » capability to drive complex business process change through theorganisation » practice of SAP Success Factors (or comparable product) » capability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders » Vendor and contract management » Financial management » Excellent communications expertise income is up to £80kdepending upon previous practice.
