Your new function
As the next HR Advisor, you will be an essential asset for the organisation as Information technology continues to place emphasis on expanding the HR function. Reporting into the HR Director you will be exposed to the operational and the strategic aspects of HR. Therefore, this position will provide you with the perfect opportunity to effectively build upon your practice. This demanding yet compensateing position will also challenge you to deal with complex employee relations issues, employee engagement initiatives as well as the full recruitment cycle.
