VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading construction business located in the Newry area, presently seeking to appoint a HR Manager to a newly created function.
The company in question work across UK and Ireland to provide a market leading service to both residential and commercial customers and pride themselves on integrity and customer-focused solutions.
The function will suit an practiced HRM or an aspiring HR generalist, with a strong personality and can-do attitude, professionally qualified and keen to join a business that have a strong desire to evolve and innovate.
» Advise the Senior Management Team on all HR matters and significant legislative changes
» Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals
» Provide reports on HR matters and analytics
» Coach and advise Managers on employee relations casework such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence
» Develop and continuously review HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
» Support and manage change management processes
» Administer the HR system and keep records up to date and accurate
» Support and manage the recruitment process
» Promote and drive the employee wellbeing strategy and connected initiatives
» Manage and advise on the probationary and performance management processes
» Carry out the onboarding and offboarding processes and continually review
» Administer, support and manage the training requirements for the Company
» Manage talent and succession planning
The Ideal Candidate
» 3 – 5+ years’ practice in a HR Advisory level position or above
» Degree in HRM or related subject and/or CIPD Qualified
» NI + ROI or GB legislation would be highly desirable.
