Position: Full time permanent

Reporting to: MD

Job location: Dublin office

Purpose of Function:
Reporting to the MD in Dublin you will manage all sales and marketing staff / activities at the Dublin located office of Rochford Brady Group.
This is an exciting function in a challenging climate and you will be very strong in both sales and managerial skills.
Your function will include:
Sales Management
   » Develop sales plan, which will meet ?double digit? stakeholder goals and will include campaigns to be run and detailed account of growth opportunities, detailing budget plans, costings and reporting structures.
   » Execute sales plan to achieve or exceed targeted sales growth including Sales process, pipeline and segmentation.
   » Lead, coach & train sales team to develop & execute annual plans, customer communication & deliver effective account management to key customers.
   » To maximize margin as well as individual revenue targets
   » Attend appropriate industry events.
   » Responsible for a national client base in IRELAND (32 County area).
Customer & Prospect Management
   » Build strong customer relationships at senior levels in major accounts
   » Understand the key business drivers of customers
   » Understand customer business processes and service needs and opportunities
   » Develop and implement customer account plans in conjunction with Key Account Managers
Products
   » Support growth through development of innovation
   » Identify market opportunities and turn concepts into products
   » Work with customers to generate support and enthusiasm for new product opportunities
   » Play the lead function in the development of new products & bring these to market
Marketing
   » Manage the strategic planning and direction setting across the brands
   » Anticipate the needs of clients and be proactive and flexible in offering solutions.
   » Stay up to date with changes in the market & recognise new business opportunities and responds quickly to the opportunity.
   » Provide competitor and industry feedback to the internal team
   » Strive to create new markets through innovation.
   » Have expertise and skills in digital marketing.
People Management
Lead and deliver change:
   » Lead and develop all staff reporting to you.
   » Ensure all staff within your team receive the training necessary to do their job effectively and are provided with appropriate opportunities for personal and professional growth.
   » Manage performance and ensure service delivery targets are met.
   » Assist with recruitment in your team through reviewing job specs and assisting with screening candidates and participating in interviewing.
   » Assist in income/bonus reviews.
   » Ensure management of absenteeism & timekeeping records and contact with HR for records management and disciplinary matters.
   » Health & Safety - ensure that section complies with H&S standards
Senior Management Team
   » Demonstrate leadership abilities by building and establishing a positive culture & a motivated employee group; communicate corporate vision, mission & values.
   » Business reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development) - deliver sales target for RBG
   » Identify & generate new ideas and ways of working
   » To act as ?dotted line? leader and mentor for LLNI (Belfast) sales resources
   » To work independently and with virtual teams when required - collaborating across geographies with sister companies
Skills required
   » Minimum of3-4 years' practice in a target driven sales environment.
   » Sales focused, target and results driven
   » Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking capability
   » Excellent levels of personal motivation and organisation
   » practiced in sales & marketing at both operational and executive levels
   » Effective communicator to clients and colleagues, individually and in croups; with the capacity to provide clear written reports.
   » Confident, ambitious and pro-active
   » broad practice in key account strategic planning and team management
   » Seeks out challenges and is driven by success
   » capability to build long term relationship at executive level and to influence through all layers of the business
   » availability to travel
   » Preferably have expertise and practice from working within the online products/legal search services
   » Track record in sales target success and over-achievement essential.
   » practice in a complex solution sale required.
   » Preferably with full clean driving licence and access to vehicle when required.
