Entry Level Customer Service Professionals: Direct Placement
We are searching for customer service professionals who are goal oriented and individually motivated.
The main responsibilities are:
The Associate National Service Specialist will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers to gather information on their home and auto claims. Very few outbound calls (follow up and return voice mails.) The phone calls will entail billing questions, car changes, and providing new business. Inbound calls will include customers calling in and making a claim for property damage. After thorough training specialists will also be asked to up sell existing customers while on the phone.
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
   » BA Degree OR High School Diploma & 2 years of recent customer service practice
   » Strong communication expertise both written & verbal
   » Proficiency with Microsoft Office

   » Licenses will be required - classes will be offered and paid to obtain licensing during training period

   »Schedule: 3pm-10:30pm-Monday-Saturday(Flex day Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday)
   »OR 12pm-10:30 (4) 10 hour days - Tuesday-Friday plus mandatory SATURDAY (flex day can be Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday)
