Job Description

To aid with our current rapid growth in the US market, Trelleborg Pipe Seals Milford, Inc. is looking to add a person in the position of Territory Sales Manager for the West Coast territory. This position is responsible for the top line sales growth achieved through strengthening of existing customer relationships and developing new customer relationships.Essential tasks and Responsibilities
   » Region - Primary focus on California, territory also includes Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, Washington, Utah, Colorado.
   » Sales, Margin, Market share and budget targets of the region
   » Maintenance and follow-up of existing customers
   » New Customer Acquisition
   » Providing the customer with technical solutions for the Trenchless Repair of Sewer Systems
   » capability to executeproduct demonstration of the various systems as well asto do field site support
   » Contribution and development of new and current marketing strategies
   » Sales planning
   » Develop a market intelligence on markets, customers and competitorsCandidate profile
   » Ideally University graduate in Business, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental)
   » 2-10 years practice in Sales and construction related field support
   » practice in the field of pipeline repair / trenchless technology would be an advantage
   » practice in working within a team environment
   » Good knowledge and affinity with modern Information technology instruments
   » Excellent knowledge of English, and other language valuable
   » leadership abilities qualities and charismatic profile
   » Natural technical curiosity and competence
   » Excellent interpersonal and communications expertise, especially the abilities to listen and to teach.
   » Excellent problem solving and decision-making capability
   » Proactive and result driven
   » Combines hands on mentality with well-developed analytical expertise
