In your function as a Key Account adjunct, you will contact with the cross-functional teams (including Logistics, Finance and Sales) to improve the entire Customer practice.
 

We have an excellent opportunity with rapidly growing Supply Chain Integrator located in Co. Clare for an practiced Key Account adjunct on an initial 3 month contract basis . this function requires a driven and energetic individual with excellent customer service expertise who want to work in a challenging and compensateing environment.

Key Accounts are responsible for developing and managing the full relationship with the Customer or Customers depending on scale and complexity. The function requires full ownership from order placement, carrier booking, track and trace, query management /escalations, invoice management, performance and corrective action reporting. In your function, you will contact with the cross-functional teams (including Logistics, Finance and Sales) to improve the entire Customer practice. Ultimately, to be prosperous in Key Accounts requires collaboration with all internal teams to achieve targets while keeping the Customer satisfied and engaged with our services.

tasks of Key Accounts
•Act as the key interface with the Customer
•Play an integral function in managing key Customer accounts
•Participate in the effective on-boarding of new Customers
•Responsible for the achievement of targets for Customers
•Focusing on developing the existing services to Customers

Requirements of the Function:
•Previous practice in a customer service function either in Logistics/Customer Service
•Excellent communication with an aptitude to build relationships
•Proven practice in a cross-functional environment
•Strong Customer interface expertise to effectively present data
•Highly self-motivated with an attitude to succeed
•Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Customers
•Acquiring an knowledge of key Customer requirements
•capability to problem-solving and negotiation
•Expand the relationships with existing Customers
•Propose solutions to meet the Customers current/future objectives
•Ensure the services are delivered to Customers in a timely manner
•Serve as the link of communication between Customers and internal teams
•Resolve any issues/problems faced by Customers
•Deal with complaints to maintain the Customers trust
•Play an integral part in generating new opportunities with Customers
•Proactively work to log, track and effectively resolve Customer issues
•Prepare regular reports of progress to internal/external stakeholders
•Analytical expertise to collect, analyse data with attention to detail/accuracy
•Maintain the key account daily/monthly metrics
•Analyse data for trends and to ensure accuracy/integrity
•Excellent organizational expertise
•Support the business goals with the rollout of services to Customers
•Strong Information technology expertise including MS packages
•capability to work effectively as part of a team environment
