Our client located in Sligo require a Lending Support agent to cover a maternity leave.
The Lending Support agent reports to the Senior Lending agent or, in their absence, the CEO & Deputy CEO. The function primarily involves the efficient administration of the lending applications and working closely with the Credit agents.
This is a specific purpose contract for the sole purpose of providing maternity cover for the existing Lending Support agent.
   » Receiving and preparing loan applications for the credit agents.
   » Going though loan applications over the phone, by email and in person from candidates.
   » Ensuring the correct documentation accompanies applications and that applications are within our lending criteria.
   » Taking the approved loan applications from the credit agents and checking to see if they are correct and complete for issuing to members.
   » Ensureour data is to the correct standards to allow correct uploadof files.
   » The function will require the highest standards of compliance Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
   » The capacity to work within a team.
   » The capacity to communicate clearly and concisely to members.
   » The capacity to adhere to our credit policy and identify all the significant issues pertaining to loan applications.
   » A high level of organisational skill and initiative to quickly and methodically deal with incoming loan applications. Progress them by eliciting the correct information so that the applications move seamlessly through to decision without having to ask for additional or excessive information for the level of credit sought.
   » Be comfortable with the Information technology requirements of the function where more and more applications are being submitted on-line and we are moving to straight through processing electronically.
   » The highest standards in member service showing empathy and patience with members.
