The HR agent will be located in Dundalk and will be responsible for managing the company-wide recruitment process as well as all HR reporting and metrics.

The HR agent will be located in Dundalk and will be responsible for managing the company-wide recruitment process as well as all HR reporting and metrics.

Core The main responsibilities are:
Recruitment:
   » Management of full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to offer stage
   » Management of company function profiles, ensuring all employees have significant, updated function profiles each year
   » Management of vacancy approval process, liaising with hiring manager and Executive Committee as necessary
   » Management of recruitment budget
   » Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate practice
   » Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies. Utilising LinkedIn, IrishJobs, and agencies as required
   » Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates
   » Working with hiring manager and Human Resources Team to on-board new hires
Data/Reporting:
   » Data analytics
   » Monthly and quarterly headcount reporting
   » Quarterly HR dashboard
   » Quarterly CSO reporting
   » Exit Interview analysis
   » Identify trends using data
   » Ad hoc reporting as needed
Global Mobility:
   » Responsible for work permit application process for Intra Company Transfers from the parent company's head office in Tokyo

Essential Key Requirements (practice, Qualifications and expertise):
   » Minimum of 3 - 5 years' practice in a HR generalist function with a focus on recruitment
   » Third level degree, or comparable work practice
   » Exceptional written and verbal communication expertise
   » Proven capability to implement and improve processes
   » practice managing recruitment life cycle
   » Advanced level of MS Excel, capability to manipulate and display data

Desirable Key Requirements (practice, Qualifications and expertise):
   » CIPD qualified
   » In-house recruitment practice preferred
