Bilingual Call Center Representative, Cerritos, CA
Kelly Services is currently searchingto fill 10 Bilingual Call Center Representatives for our client, one of the nation's leading healthcare insurance companies.These contract to hire positions are located in Cerritos, CA and require strong customer service expertise.
The pay rate for this position is$19.00 per hour and must be available for any 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Friday.
All candidates must have aminimum of one year of call center practice andbe bilingual in one of the following Required languages

Listing description
   » Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
   » Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
   » Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database.
   » Thoroughly documents inquiry results for accurate tracking and analysis.

Required expertise and practice:
   » Bilingual in English/Spanish, English/Korean, or English/Vietnamese.
   » A minimum of 12 months of call center practice.
   » Previous practice from healthcare or insurance is preferred.
   » Excellentcustomer service expertise.
   » Strong verbal and written communications expertise.
   » Computer proficiency.
   » Well-developedorganizational expertise.

suitable education
   » High School Diploma/GED.
   » Some college coursework preferred.
