Skype/Lync Migration Support Engineer

Our Cork-located client is now migrating to a new Skype for Business setup!
With over 5K migrations taking place overnight, they are now looking for junior Technical Support Engineers for a short term contract.

Ideal candidates will be L1/2 Technical Support Engineers located in Cork, 5x vacancies, fixed-term contract (from November to the end of January, possibly to be extended).
All you need is good/solid expertise of Skype/Lync , practice with migration , and good customer service expertise. You will be working on  Skype/Lync troubleshooting & administration

Large part of the position includes providing constant mediation and support to our client's users and client base (mainly through email).

Candidates will work under US management and will cooperate with other departments on an international level (US, Brazil). Induction and first training will be provided.
