income- 40k Basic
Opportunity to Earn-70k (Realistic income 70k after first 10 months)
Are you an expereinced sales and business development professional with minimum 3 years sales practice? Temple Recruitmentrequire an practiced senior recruitment professional capable of gaining appointments with Ireland's leading businesses and making presentations at a high level within Ireland's largest organisations.
We are seeking to hire an practiced professional to drive our business forward.
We have the highest commission structure in the industry where you will receive 12% of all business you attain..on top of your basic income!
Your main responsibility will be to cold call large companies and seek staffing vacancies from them..this is not a hard sell as all leading companies are looking for staff at the moment!
Main The main responsibilities are:
   » Contacting Ireland's top 1000 companies and gain appointments and meetings with senior staff within these organisations. Present our company via power point etc to develop business for the supply of temporary and permanent candidates.
   » Previous practice in sales essential you will be required to cold call the top companies in Ireland.
   » Recruitment consultants should foster and cultivate relationships with key candidates and develop large-scale talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term and strategic long-term needs.
   » The recruitment consultant is tasked with developing innovative and proactive methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates for our sales desk, you will be working within a team of Sales Recruiters.
Job The main responsibilities are:
   » Grow the existing client companies and manage existing clients.
   » Implement a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs and stay ahead of new innovation
   » Gain a deep knowledge of the talent landscape in your area; build a competitive intelligence knowledge base of companies and candidates residing within those companies
   » Use your market knowledge and sourcing expertise to engage with active and non -active candidates
   » Cultivate relationships with key candidate and specific talent pools, defined according to long-term initiatives and direction of the organization - turn candidates from non-active to active by developing strong candidate relationships
   » Build and engage with a talent community that includes a high volume of targeted candidates
   » Actively source diverse candidates from a variety of sources.
   » Screen candidates that you have identified if you are sourcing for a specific function
expertise and practice (Qualifications):
   » Previous recruitment practice an advantage but not essential
   » Previous practice dealing with senior professionals and clients
   » Previous practice working towards and reaching revenue Targets
   » Passion for or practice identifying and screening candidates
   » Track record of working towards sales targets
   » Effective strategic thinking and problem solving
   » Evidence of building candidate relationships and developing sales strategies.
   » Demonstrates capability for effective cross group collaboration and works well within a team
   » Active participation in a positive teamwork environment
   » Strong oral and written communication expertise
   » capability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
   » BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline desirable but not essential.
   » Proven capability to form Business relationships
