OfficeTeam is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in Irvine, CA! The main responsibilities are: Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Assist with the Ordering restocking of office supplies Submit and reconcile expense reports Sign off on large packages and distribute all incoming mail Provide general support to the executive adjunct with special projects

Job Requirements

Requirements: BA/BS degree a plus 1+ year of previous administrative practice Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Excellent written and verbal communication expertise Attention to detail problem solving expertise Strong organization planning expertise Able to manage time, multi-task prioritize Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Send your updated resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé].
