Information technology is a General Office Clerk function, which will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. Your responsibilities in this function - Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as necessary - Provide accurate, friendly customer service without delay - Provide front desk and receptionist support - Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing - Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format - All tasks related to: word processing, data entry, filing, scanning, faxing, and copying - Offer a smile to incoming customers

Job Requirements

- capability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request - 1 year of Office Clerk practice recommended - This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Word - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel - navigating basic office equipment and protocols practice - practice handling office equipment - Excellent written, verbal and social communication expertise highly desired - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Strong time management and organizational expertise
