HR Manager – Professional Services – County Down
MCS Group is thrilled to be representing an expanding, innovative professional services client located in County Down, currently seeking an practiced HR Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.
The company
This company, located in County Down, is an expert in their field, partnering with a host of clients across Northern Ireland, to help strategically push their business to the next level. Due to the evolving nature of this environment, they are current seeking an HR Manager to deliver a range of HR services in a highly commercial, fast paced environment.
The function
Reporting to the MD, the prosperous HR Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery of all HR aspects for the business, working in partnership with the Senior Management team to ensure excellent service is provided to managers & employees at all times, in a consistent manner.
This is a standalone function, with scope to develop in the next two years due to projected growth. The prosperous HR Manager will work closely with various internal stakeholders all over the business, knowledge current and future requirements recruitment requirements, ensuring talent is pipelined to key areas.
Talent Management is another key motivator within the business, ensuring there is a real emphasise on attracting top talent within the market, as well as retaining and develop the current talent within the organisation, as the company continues to grow.
The prosperous candidate will also be responsible for updating and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated to the wider business, as well as any employee relations issues, as and when they arrive.
To apply for the function
appropriate candidates will possess a CIPD qualification (level 5), ideally be degree educated and have HR Business Partner / HR Manager level practice, where they have worked with and prosperously influenced senior stakeholders:
   » CIDP qualified (level 5)
   » Ideally educated to degree level
   » 5 + years' HR Generalist practice, with 2 at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level
   » broad recruitment practice, with a track record of implementing talent attraction strategies
   » Excellent relationship management and influencing expertise.
   » Sound knowledge of recent employment legislation in NI
While not essential, practice of working in a professional services environment would be advantageous.
