Husch Blackwell LLP is a full-service litigationand business law firm with multiple locations across the United States, servingclients with domestic and international operations. We have an immediate opening in our Kansas City, Milwaukee, or St. Louis office for a Support CenterAnalyst.

Scope ofThe main responsibilities are:
The SupportCenter Analyst works under the supervision of the Support Center Manager toprovide a single point of contact and first-level support for all IThardware/software problems and requests, providing high quality customerservice to employees and clients.

EssentialJob Functions:
   » Provides Tier 1 support to customers tosolve various hardware/software problems including but not limited to Firmapplications and standard software.This involves problem recognition, research, isolation, resolutionand follow-up steps.
   » Identifies, researches, and resolvestechnical problems involving business applications, Husch BlackwellSpecific applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
   » Responds to telephone calls, email, andpersonnel requests for technical support professionally and effectively atall times.
   » Effectively manage high-volume calls instressful situations with poise and confidence.
   » When unable to provide solutions,troubleshoot, document and forward appropriate information to ITpersonnel, providing timely feedback to requestor of service andmanagement, in order to maintain accurate and timely responses.
   » Basic IP Phone support.
   » Basic Smart Phone and iPad/Tabletsupport.
   » Basic network support/troubleshooting.
   » Account reset/unlock.
   » Printer troubleshooting/driver installs.
   » Basic VPN/Citrix and Wi-Fi support forhome users.
   » Supports mobile users working withstandard wireless connections, broadband cards, and any potential remoteconnectivity scenarios.
   » Provide assistance to customers afternormal business hours as assigned through on-call rotation schedule.
   » Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements


Requirements:

   » Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred;
   » Two years' significant Help Desk practice required, preferably in a professional services environment.
   » expertise of general clerical functions.
   » Keyboarding skills and broad expertise of computer software and network systems.
   » capability to comprehend, analyze, evaluate and solve problems.
   » capability to explain solutions to end-user.
   » capability to interpret, organize and present data.
   » capability to prioritize workflow and organize diverse material.
   » Desired Certifications:
   » Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) 2010 and/or 2016, (Must be willing to obtain MOS 2016 in Word, Excel, and Outlook within 6 months of employment)
   » A+
   » HDI - Customer Support Representative and/or Support Center Analyst
   » practice with Windows 7/Windows 10 preferred.
   » Position is generally sedentary in nature; involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
