Our Client
Our client is a busy leisure facility in North Dublin
Part-Time Accounts Payable/Administration (3 Day Week)
Reporting to the General Manager, and liaising with an external accountant, this is a busy part-time function. Approx 70% accounts/ banking and 30% general admin support. tasks will include:
   » Full responsibility for the accounts payable function- processing supplier invoices, dealing with supplier queries, creditor reconciliations and payment run
   » Bank reconciliations
   » Sales reconciliations and reporting
   » Assisting with Bar stock counts, price changes on bar system and general reporting
   » Assistance with monthly management accounting process and ad hoc reporting
Ideal Candidate
   » Min 3 years accounts practice in a busy environment
   » Ideally also have general admin support practice
   » Strong work ethic- as this is a small company, a "roll up your sleeves" attitude is required
   » Team player with good interpersonal expertise
   » Can work on own initiative and take ownership of the function
   » Strong Excel and general Information technology expertise.
