Job Description
   » Answering inbound tracking & customer service calls (200 calls across 3 reps, 200 emails across 3 reps, 50 follow up calls across 3 reps.)
   » Handling returns, warranties, damage, wrong & missing items
   » Order status, Customer emails
   » Strive for customer satisfaction on a everyday basis

Appropriate qualifications:
   » Banking background preferred
   » retail background preferred
   » Call Center environment preferred
   » Customer Service practice required

expertise
   » Up beat, enthusiastic, self-motivated, quick thinking with positive attitude
   » Computer expertise with typing minimal 50 wpm
   » Excellent communication/organizational expertise with capability to multi-task
   » Can work as a team or independently
   » Phone and email etiquette
   » Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm & some Saturdays
