Job Description Summary

As a customer care professional, you receive inbound phone inquiries from customers. Your goal each day is to ensure each interaction you have with customers results in a great and positive practice

Qualifications
   » Have a high school diploma or equivalent
   » AT LEAST 1-2 years practice of call center and/or customer service practice
   » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise
   » Fundamental computer expertise and maneuvercapability with windows applications
