Our client, a well-established BPO in West Cork is currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents to join their team.

Key The main responsibilities are:
   » Act as first point of contact for customers and respond to queries via phone, email and post
   » Manage a high volume of incoming calls and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
   » Process and log all customer queries and issues
   » Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in a timely manner
   » contact with clients and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of the contract
   » Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and provide administrative support as and when required
 
Required qualifications and practice:
   » Fluent verbal and written English
   » Proven track record providing excellent customer service
   » capability to work to tight deadlines
   » Highly organised with strong attention to detail
   » Proficient in MS Office with the capability to pick up various Information technology systems
   » Team player with strong analytical expertise
