Customer Advisor – Banking, UK Market – Kilkenny
CPL, in partnership with a leading Irish bank, require customer service individuals to join the team on a full-time capacity.
The new opportunities are available to Recent Graduates or practiced Customer Service professionals who are immediately available to work on a dedicated UK customer project, of which the initial duration will be 5 months , and the opportunity to progress thereafter is very much in place.
You will have full on-site training , for the initial two weeks upon joining, and on-going support to develop yourself. This is an environment where the customer is the focus, and as an employee you will be central to that delivery.

   » Pursuing a Level 8 Degree, OR hold a Leaving cert or (International equivalent) with minimum English & Maths

  As a Customer Advisor you will:
   » Be providing best in class customer care and providing clear solutions to inbound customer queries
   » Promoting the brand’s strategy consistently and effectively to transition customers across to the online and phone banking platforms.
   » Perform and approach your function to the standards expected of leading contact centre standards
   » Have a strong and developed expertise of products, services and digital offering
   » Positively contribute to your team by actively engaging in team meetings and culture
