function Summary:
The function of Group compensate Manager will be located in North Kildare reporting to the Senior Group Compensation Director. The purpose of the function is to assist and support the development of a global compensate framework that aligns with the business and HR strategic objectives.

The function will be responsible for managing global projects particularly those with a strong focus on enhancing the compensation infrastructure and strengthening the link between performance and compensate. An equal mix of accuracy, analytical expertise, attention to detail and creativity are essential for the success of the function.

Key The main responsibilities are:
Manages compensate projects at a global level.
Lead the creation of country income structures and manage the governance and continuing maintenance of Kerrys global job level architecture.
Provides analytical support, modelling and market research for new or existing global compensation plans.
Act as thought leader for market pricing methodology.
Play a key function in the management of our Global year-end processes.
compensate Business Partner for a Global Division within the Group.
Continuously reviews policies and processes and recommends process improvements.
Other tasks as required and assigned


At least 5 years practice in a Compensation/compensate function
Degree in HR or Business-related discipline
Advanced expertise of job evaluation methodologies and income structure design
capability to conduct research, perform analysis and present data, trends and issues, graphically and in writing, is essential
capability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast paced, changing environment
Highly-organised and able to work both independently and as a team at all levels
Strong interpersonal with can-do attitude and capability to think outside the box
Demonstrated attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high quality work
Advanced expertise in MS Excel and practice of using SAP/Success Factors would be an advantage
