CPL have partnered with international Life Insurer for their latest hire. You will be a credit, collections or accounts receivable specialist with 2 years plus practice, ideally from a central bank regulated environment interested in progressing your career in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This is a 12month FTC with a view to extension thereafter with an excellent remuneration package.

The prosperous function-holder will be responsible for managing the everyday tasks connected with Fee Collection within Operations for the Wealth Protection line of business.
Working as part of a team, responsible for issuing invoices, collection of cash, cash allocation and account reconciliation
Forming an integral part of a wider Credit Control Team
capability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders within the department and in other departments within the company such as Finance / Actuarial / Investment Control
Responsible for bank reconciliation with the expertiseet to chase down debt by utilising both phone & email communication
capability to identify issues and escalate same to Team Leader
capability to work independently whilst still fitting in with the overall team plan and structure
Monitor the relationships and identify any issues affecting customer satisfaction and report same to management
Ad-Hoc Administration tasks and project work as required
Support the valuation and AVS process as necessary

Minimum 2 years practice in an accounts receivable or credit control function, with an in-depth expertise of Cash Reconciliations
significant third level qualification desirable
Excellent communication, analysis, report writing and interpersonal expertise
Be highly organised; used to working efficiently in a regulated environment applying a strong work ethic
capability to manage, monitor and measure assigned work to deliver a high level of service
Have practice working in diverse, multicultural teams
Capable of recognising the impact of external (regulatory, market, legal etc.) changes to the business
Proficient and confident in Excel
Have the capability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines while displaying strong attention to detail
Fluency in Italian or Spanish would be preferable
