Prudential's Group Insurance Onboarding Team is seeking adjunct Implementation Manager (AIMs) who will support the IM/project lead responsible for transitioning onboarding a customer to the Prudential platform for all Group Insurance products.
 

Prudential's Group Insurance Onboarding Team is seeking adjunct Implementation Manager (AIMs) who will support the IM/project lead responsible for transitioning onboarding a customer to the Prudential platform for all Group Insurance products. For each customer implementation, the AIM works closely with the assigned Implementation Manager, Account Management team and various internal business partners to ensure a smooth transition at the end of the project
The prosperous candidate will require project management skills and practice, excellent organizational and coordination skills with an capability to multitask and work with stakeholders in diverse locations. The prosperous candidate will be a proactive self-starter, with a proven record of taking initiative supervision and can work independently. HeShe will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and practiced in working within deadlines.
The team operates from 1pm to 11pm (8am to 6pm ET) Monday to Friday. Flexible working schedules will be implemented, with opportunities for earlier hours/split shifts to cover US meetings as required. Advance expertise of hours will be agreed between Co-ordinators and US colleagues

Summary of tasks:
   » Confirming with the sales representative and the customer the details of the sale and providing such information to the affected areas within Group Insurance to ensure the setup and maintenance of the account is done to meet the customer's expectations
   » For each Customer implementation, the Implementation Co-ordinator works closely with the assigned Implementation Manager, Account Management team and various internal business partners to ensure a smooth transition at the end of the project.
   » The Implementation Co-ordinator will be required to schedule and attend all customer meetings or related meetings. They will be responsible for documenting meeting minutes and takeaways as well as following up on action items post meeting.
   » In conjunction with the Implementation Manager, the Implementation Co-ordinator develops, communicates, maintains and manages the detailed project plan, timeline for account implementation projects and ensures deadlines, milestones and success criteria are met or exceeded through timely coordination and communication of the details necessary to complete an account implementation project by the agreed upon effective date.
   » Identifies and escalates timely any issues that surface during the handling of all assigned tasks. Tracks and reports implementation activity results in a "real time" fashion via both the customer facing Activity Tracker and the internal Implementation Database.
   » Perform other supportive tasks as assigned.
Appropriate qualifications:
   » Third level qualification in either a Business or Information technology discipline.
   » Hold or studying for a Project Management qualification (PMI or PRINCE2) desirable
   » Currently participating in the Project ManagementProject Coordinator mentoring programs would be an advantage.
   » Demonstrated practice managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities.
   » capability to consult and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
   » Proactive problem-solving capability with solutions-oriented attitude
   » Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   » capability to handle increasingly high volume of work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment in a calm manner
   » Self-motivated with an capability to work in teams
   » Professional Project Management designation a plus
   » Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project)
   » Demonstrate strong customer focus
   » Superior oral and written communication skills.
   » A background in processes like, CMMI, or Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage.
   » Be enthusiastic, ambitious and keen to lgain new skills with a positive attitude.
   » Flexible working hours to facilitate meetings in US as required.
   » An up to date passport valid for greater than 6 months as some travel may be required.
