A company specialising in cloud-located administration platforms is seeking Norwegian speakers to help expand its Dublin Office!
As a School Support Executive, you will be the point of contact for software users, helping to support teachers, principals, deputies, and school administration staff.
Your responsibilities will be to:
   » Provide friendly, timely support to user schools via phone and email
   » Create an exceptional personal service practice for user schools
   » Troubleshoot user questions
   » Document all support contacts in a CRM system
   » Make recommendations located on feature requests and bugs reported by users
   » contact with the development team to make sure support tickets are followed up
   » Assist in related school support operations as required
