Job Description

The Technical Product Manager will work with the Business and Information technology Applications Leaders to define and enhance their online platform.
Projects will include a mix of new development and upgrades to client facing applications, as well as the build out of capabilities that can be integrated and used across different applications.
Qualified candidates will come from an application development background and will have moved into a business facing function where s/he owns the product. Must have practice with all tiers from a product management standpoint: UI, spring located frameworks, web services and database.
The main responsibilities are:
* Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems.
* Partner with business users to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications and designs.
* Provides technical assistance in identifying and evaluating system impacts.
* Interact with internal and external technical leaders to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs.
* Analyze business and technical requirements to determine system design, potential issues, and, impact analysis for each project
* Participate in the SDLC and interface with product managers , architecture , development and QA teams
