We are pursuing a Team Leader to join our CPL team and manage a group of on-site support agents located in the HP (Hewlett-Packard) office in Amstelveen, Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player that can see tasks through to completion, work independently and be willing to assist other staff when required.
   » practice in coaching/mentoring in a Contact Centre environment (e.g. Trainee/Backup Team Leader)
   » capability to lead and manage a team in a fast growing and constantly changing environment
   » Be committed to self-development and the subsequent development of others
   » Have analytical and decision making expertise
   » Be strongly team-focused with outstanding mentoring and teaching capability
   » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise
   » capability to communicate effectively with different groups
Responsibilities will include :
   » Managing the team on a day to day basis to consistently deliver on the SLA’s/KPI’s
   » Ensure that all desk training plans are update and roll out appropriately
   » Develop, implement and drive quality activities
   » Ensure that workload is followed up/distributed in the event of absence for all team members
   » Manage the bonus scheme for the desk
   » Attend and participate all necessary client meetings and conference calls
   » Manage and assess team members against goals, providing constructive feedback
