On behalf of my client, a specialist healthcare company, I have a great opportunity available for a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator. This is a permanent function within the company's Dublin facility, reporting directly to the Operation Manager.

If you are a highly motivated, ambitious and dedicated individual with Regulatory Affair practice in the Medical Device sector, we would like to hear from you!

The prosperous candidate will have responsibilities including:
Review, update and implement regulatory procedures across the group companies
Responsible for prosperous completion of Quality audits, including ISO and HPRA audits
Manage product recalls/notifications
Manage product complaints
Responsible for the planning, implementation and compliance of Health & Safety procedures across the company
Review current Health & Safety legislation in a bid to minimise operational losses, occupational health problems, accidents and injuries
Generation of KPIs, reports and minutes for Quality meetings
Ensure product compliance with EU legislation
Provide recommendations and advice to bring the company into compliance with regulations, standards, or policies
Assist with organising training regarding the quality system, applicable standards and regulations across all departments
Internal departmental audits as required
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Desirable expertise & competencies:
Strong organisational expertise with the capability to multi-task
Excellent time management expertise with an capability to plan and prioritise workload
Excellent communication expertise both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptable and capability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, to handle pressure and to work to strict deadlines
Capable of dealing with all complaints/issues in a professional, efficient and confidential manner, ensuring that any non-compliance is immediately acted upon.

Minimum Requirements:
Regulatory and or Compliance background essential
practice working in a Medical Device company a distinct advantage
High level of computer literacy including a good working expertise of Microsoft Office
practice in dealing with regulatory bodies an advantage
Full driving licence
