My client, located in Dublin City Centre, is currently seeking graduates to join their research teams, covering 3:30 PM -12:00 AM.  
You will be working as part of a team helping connect clients to the insight they need from leading doctors, academics, scientists, policy specialists, strategists, executives and other experts with years of on-the-ground practice.
The Associate Programme begins with the Junior Associate function focused on mastering recruiting expertise and knowledge about industries and businesses over six to nine months. During this time, responsibilities gradually increase, with an opportunity to be promoted as a Senior Associate.

Key Associate responsibilities include:
   » Schedule calls between clients and requested Council Members
   » Establish and build strong working relationships with internal Research partners
   » prosperously execute related tasks against scheduling request objectives, seeing each project through to completion
   » Appreciate the urgency of call coordination and prioritize accordingly in order to provide timely client service
   » Coordinate requests with compliance requirements and client-specific preferences
   » Provide lead generation support to internal research partners 
The prosperous candidate will have:
Fluency in English (mandatory) and another language such as Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, German, Mandarin, etc. (desirable)
   » Superior communication and interpersonal expertise, including demonstrated oral and written abilities;
   » Demonstrated commitment and attention to detail, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
   » Strong problem-solving expertise and desire to lgain about new topics;
   » capability to build and manage relationships across the full professional spectrum including senior colleagues and extremely senior outside professionals;
   » Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment;
   » Demonstrated capability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility and autonomy over time;
   » Undergraduate or graduate result of 2:1 or higher.
