A major international tech company is seeking an aspiring Team Leader to help manage its customer support team located in Amstelveen, South Amsterdam.

Ideal Candidates will have:
   » 2 years’ practice in coaching/mentoring in a Contact Centre 
   » A proven capability to manage and lead a team

   » Outstanding mentoring and teaching capability
   » Strong English and preferably fluency in one other European language
   » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise
   » Strong customer and client focus
