Business Analyst - Lab Computerised Systems (IT)

Purpose of the Job
Reporting to Associate Director - Laboratory Computerised Systems CoE (IT TGO Quality), the purpose of the job is to be part of the Global Laboratory Computerised SystemsCentre of ExcellenceTeam with responsibility to Provide technical support & Solutions and Validation Documentation Solutions for new and existing laboratory computerised systems to comply with current cGMP Computerised System Validation Requirements being always conscience of business needs.

Principal Responsibilities
Work as part of the CoE Team to-
   » Provide technical support & solutions to the wider local site Information technology personnel to remediate existing Laboratory Computerised systems.
   » Provide technical support & solutions to the wider local site Information technology personnel while introducing new Laboratory Computerised systems.
   » Assist the wider local site Information technology personnel to maintain compliance to cGMP Computerised Systems Validation Regulations.
   » Assist with planning, executing and documenting the full validation lifecycle for the first time qualification of new computerized laboratory equipment in a cGMP regulated environment.
   » Assist with the development of Global Standards for backups, restore and disaster recovery of standalone lab systems.
   » Assist with the development of Global Standards for setup and configuration of Lab software systems.
   » Work with Vendors globally to ensure software is implemented in conformity with Teva Information technology standards and understand how vendor software works in order to provide information to wider local site Information technology personnel, business owners and QA.
   » Evaluate systems/equipment in conformity with cGMPs, Part 11, and other regulatory requirements and advise local site Information technology personnel, business owners and QA on best system to purchase.
   » Ensure system compliance with Data Integrity standards and assist with remediation if required.
Minimum Qualifications/practice:
   » Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Pharmaceutical related Science or significant equivalent degree.
   » 4 years + of industry practice that includes 2 years + related to PC located/Standalone Laboratory Systems.
   » expertise of QC laboratory practices in a pharmaceutical Quality Control environment.
   » Very Strong hands-on technical expertise, operational background and working practice with infrastructure technologies and business applications.
   » practiced in providing technical solutions aligned with standards, security, validation, capacity, high availcapability and identifying connected risks.

expertise & expertise:
   » Excellent expertise of USP, cGMPs, and cGLPs.
   » expertise of QC laboratory practices in a pharmaceutical Quality Control environment.
   » Excellent computer expertise including MS Office, Windows.
   » Strong communication expertise both verbally and written.
   » capability to work independently or in a team environment through cooperative participation in department and interdepartmental teams.
   » Excellent interpersonal expertise.
   » Excellent multitasking expertise, handling multiple projects at one time.

capability to travel is a requirement of this function and flexibility with regard to working hours.
