We are seeking for talented professionals to join our global ICT team. The prosperous candidates will work in the ICT SFDC (Salesforce.com) team within our Global Applications Competence Centre, located out of Hawthorn House in Naas, Ireland.

We are seeking for talented and enthusiastic professionals to join our global ICT team. The prosperous candidates will work in the ICT SFDC (Salesforce.com) team within our Global Applications Competence Centre, located out of Hawthorn House in Naas, Ireland.

The SFDC system supports customer relationship management across the sales, marketing, RD&A, commercial and supply chain functions. The ICT team help enhance the CRM solution, and drive process alignment across the world.

Responsibilities
   » Work across the entire opportunity life cycle to enhance our CRM solution globally
   » Work with business users to understand requirements and propose solutions to meet business needs
   » Project manage changes through to the live system and provide post go live support as required
   » Work with the business to promote process alignment globally
   » Act as the link between the technical development team and the business users
   » Provide application support where required for BAU issues
   » Evaluate new solutions and applications as they become available on the marketplace
   » Test and document technical enhancements and solutions
   » Support go live activities as required
   » Work with software vendors to plan deployment of new releases
   » Degree in an ICT or other related discipline
   » Min 2 year practice in a similar function and environment
   » practice with project management and delivery methodologies and systems

   » Interest and enthusiasm for data analytics
   » consciousness of the customer journey in Kerry
   » Excellent work ethic, organization, planning, and communication expertise
   » capability to lgain new concepts and technologies quickly
