Are you savvy with systems? Excellent with data management and reporting? 
My client, a leading medical devices provider is currently looking for a Administrator to join their expanding team in Cork.
Reporting to the Digital Brand Manager, key responsibilities will include:
   » Maintain and update the CRM database
   » Run reports on a weekly basis and present data back as and when required
   » Provide administrative support to the Marketing Function
   » Sign off on all Direct Mail pieces and marketing booklets
   » contact with external stakeholders including creative agencies, printing companies etc
   » Assist with various Marketing projects as required
Required qualifications and practice:
   » Degree, 
   » Excellent expertise of MS Office and practice of accurate data processing and data entry
   » Strong attention to detail and organisational expertise
   » Strong initiative and availability to learn
