Shareholder Services Senior Administrator

What is the opportunity?
The candidate will be responsible for delivering a high quality service to RBCI&TS's Dublin Shareholder Services clients. The Senior Administrator will be expected to handle complex shareholder services queries, complete SHS checks on workflow from Administrators on the team, responding accurately and timely and within agreed SLA's (Service Level Agreements). This is a function where the prosperous candidate needs to demonstrate a consistently highly professional approach to customer servicing and in doing so, use their expertise to mentor and coach other team members, as assigned by his/her Manager. The function will also involved the continuing management of the shareholder services component of the client relationship through these everyday interactions and as the client contact for project, change and client meetings within the department. The individual will also usually pay a key function in servicing Strategic Clients, as well as their Distributors and Investors.

What will you do?
   »
Provide high quality client service by responding promptly and accurately to all enquiries received by the team in conformity with agreed Service Level Standards and/or as assigned by the manager or Manager.
   »
Checking and verification of work undertaken on SARA, Focus and other systems by Administrators .
   »
Dealing directly with the client using a consultative partnership approach.
   »
Advise manager and manager of all issues, ensuring closure of same and suggest resolution where possible.
   »
Deal with more complex queries and in doing so mentor to enhance the skill set of other members of the team.
   »
Work with the manager to ensure the disbursement of queries in a timely and accurate manner.
   »
Ensure all enquiries received and/or assigned to you are logged in the Query Tracking System.
   »
contact with other TA units and Clients to ensure a timely resolution to queries /requests Escalation of issues and to ensure a high-quality service

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
   »
practice in a Shareholder Services function i.e. Dealing, Cash, Reconciliation, Registration.
   »
At least 1 year's additional practice in dealing with customers.
   »
Proven track record of high quality written and verbal communication is essential.
   »
Strong expertise of the Shareholder Services lifecycle.

   »
capability to work effectively is a busy and challenging environment
   »
Effective Written / Verbal Communication, Multi-tasking and Time Management
   »
Fluency in at least one other mainstream European language would be an advantage
