Job Description

Basic Function:

Participatesin the gathering and analysis of information for defining functionalrequirements, functional designs, development and implementation of the finalproject. Performs routine to complex analysis and research in support ofbusiness goals and strategies. Implements modifications to deal with problems.Assists in day to day support.

The main responsibilities are:

Manageoperations of all digital marketing requests from conceptualization throughexecution and implementation
Bring teamstogether to collaborate on recommendations for high-impact solutions
Ensure acommon knowledge of business and marketing objectives through settingexpectations to align the stakeholders and team members
Evaluate operationaleffectiveness to monitor the progress of the portfolio, identify and quantifyany variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to allstakeholders
Develops orsupervises the development of project assessments and plans to include activitiesto be performed, estimated time frames and effort; ensure all appropriate signoffs are documented.
Plays a keyfunction and an individual contributor on projects.
Convertsbusiness requirements into functional specifications and functional designs onassignments.
Assists theclient in covering problems/issues of any scope. Analyzes information,determines appropriate course of action and connected resources
Providesconsultation services to clients, technicians and Bank departments on basic tointricate functions of supported applications. This may also include the reviewof system capabilities, operational procedures, forms, and marketing materials
May projectmanage small to medium scope efforts, direct junior resources and coordinatetasks.
Researches andbrainstorms alternative solutions and makes recommendations to fulfill businessrequirements.
Adheres to allcurrent standards and procedures and ensures all efforts are properlydocumented.
Performsclient testing for routine to complex processes to ensure proper systemfunctioning.
Maintains athorough knowledge of the business being supported and its functions,processes, operations and strategic direction. Maintains a detailed functionalknowledge of the supported application(s).
Participatesin planning and implementing new policies and procedures that will improve theperformance and effectiveness of the department.
Manage a largeportfolio of requests of varying sizes, with ever-changing priorities; providesweekly reporting on status of each request in the portfolio
Develops aprofessional level of communication and cooperation with all organizationallevel and departments.
Performs other related tasks asrequired.

Minimum Appropriate qualifications:
Minimum of two years of college with at least six years practice in a technology/systems analysis or operational support environment, or an equivalent combination of education and practice.
Requires strong analytical expertise and communication expertise.
Demonstrates a high aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution.
Understands development processes and technical concepts.
General knowledge of personal computers and the capability to proficiently use project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Familiar with the Bank's business plan and strategic objectives.
Possesses a very good knowledge of the business unit's function and how they fit into the organization.
Detail oriented, self motivated; takes initiative to lgain new expertise and enhance overall knowledge.
Must possess time management expertise and organization expertise.
Very good verbal and written communication expertise, with the capability to effectively present to the target audience.
Able to work effectively with client personnel in various organizational positions.
Quickly grasps new concepts.
Asserts ideas, encourages teamwork and acts as a function model when leading or directing others.
Able to handle multiple tasks in support of various assignments. Very good project management expertise.
Able to lead or actively participate in vendor demonstrations, project presentations, design sessions, etc.

Ideal Appropriate qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
