Job Description


The Customer Relations SME personnel shall possessthe following Appropriate qualifications:
   » Conduct a zero base review of all Corporate Learning Training Courses and provide oral and written feedback to Customer
   » Identify all gaps in training and provide oral and written feedback to Customer
   » Develop a mitigation plan to resolve the identified gaps in training and provide oral and written feedback to Customer
   » Serve as a backup to the Communications agent for the Customer Orientation course
   » Conduct a needs assessment on existing training courses and potential new courses and meet with Customer and provide oral and written feedback on the findings
   » Serve as the face of Corporate Learning Branch and meet customers/former students for customer outreach, feedback, potential new training topics, and new guest speakers
   » Work with the training developers and other functional specialists all over the training product development and delivery stages regarding integration of changes located on the needs assessement(s)

Job Requirements


8-10 years of related practice supporting military operations.
   » practice supporting the facilitation and administration of training classes held at the CLB training facility and overall responsibility for scheduling and supporting all customer who take NRO security training.
   » practice as a team lead for contractor personnel.
   » Exceptional customer expertise
   » Demonstratedcapability to problem solve and develop/create innovative solutions
   » Database data entry expertise;
   » capability to lgain various databases during performance of the contract
   » Prioritize competing tasks and possess effective time management expertise.
   » Demonstrated practice with current version of Microsoft Office Suite
   » Demonstrated customer service and telephone expertise;
   » capability to work independently on assigned tasks.
