Project Planner for Sweden

Principal tasks and The main responsibilities are:
Engineering / construction / commissioning schedule development & maintenance
Micro schedule development & maintenance
Progress database development & maintenance
Schedule progress updating, gathering data from multiple sources
Progress reporting
Milestone projections
Delay / float path analysis
Earned value analysis
Site progress verification
Attending schedule meetings
Liaising with client and subcontractors
Preparation of tender schedules
Preparation of histograms
Resource / cash loading of schedules
Providing data for payment applications
Completing contract review reports
Responsibility for quality and accuracy of schedules and reports

Selection Criteria / Person Specification:
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the initiative and skills to manage his/her workload to meet necessary deadlines. Excellent time management, prioritising and communications skills are essential.

Essential
Fluent inEnglish
3+ previous practice of M&E construction projects
Third level degree in Engineering / Construction Management
Proficient in the use of MS Project / Primavera / Asta planning software
Proficient in all MS Office packages, with advanced level MS Excel
Excellent communication skills with previous client facing practice
Excellent organisational and project planning skills
Excellent negotiation & problem solving skills
capability to work as part of a team & work on own initiative
capability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
