OrthoCarolina is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Sr. Financial Analyst. This is responsible for developing and maintaining forecast models for OrthoCarolina, including modeling of certain strategic initiatives. The Sr. Financial Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing historical, budgeted, and forecasted results by location and by line of business and presenting his/her analysis to internal customers. In addition the Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for responding to ad hoc report request from Physicians, senior management, service line managers, and administrative managers.
Other tasks may include:
   » Acquisition/Divestiture analysis and financial modeling.
   » Create/Maintain/update corporate financial model.
   » Financial analysis and modeling of a variety of different corporate financial structures.
   » Pro forma and ad hoc financial modeling.
   » Special Projects, other analyses and administrative items as needed or assigned.
   » Design spreadsheets and write basic macros as required.
   » Research and track healthcare legislation and the general healthcare industry at the Federal, State and local levels, where applicable.

Job Requirements

   » Bachelor's degree (BS) in Accounting or Finance.
   » A minimum of 4 to 5 years financial analysis and modeling practice.
   » practice in General Ledger, Patient Accounting, Accounts Payable, Personnel, etc.
   » Healthcare practice is preferred but not required
