Job Purpose:
As a key member of the Quality Team, the prosperous candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination and administration of customer regulatory requests for the site.

Key The main responsibilities are:

• Responsible for the co-ordination and tracking of all customer regulatory requests
• Work alongside and support the key stakeholders in ensuring that customer regulatory requests are dealt with in a timely manner with the desired result for all involved
• Key point of contact for internal departments and external bodies for customer regulatory requests
• Responsible for designing and implementing a process for managing customer regulatory requests
• Responsible for the continuing review and maintenance of the management of customer regulatory requests
• Develop and provide regular updates to the Site Management team on the management of customer regulatory requests
• Implement continuous improvement opportunity to optimise the process of dealing with customer regulatory requests

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent working expertise of the applicable Regulatory Standards
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working expertise are a prerequisite for the prosperous candidate
• capability to prioritise work independently
• Strong project management expertise and presentation expertise
• A high degree of enthusiasm and capability to adapt to the different styles of team members
• Relicapability / flexibility
• Detail oriented, extremely organised and capability to multi-task
At least 2-3 years' practice in a similar function
• Excellent oral and written communication expertise
