Cpl is seeking individuals with critical thinking and decision making abilities to in well-known electronic commerce company located in Cork. Investigation Specialists evaluate buyer or seller transactions/profiles and help safeguard our client’s global customer base.
These positions are ideal for recent graduates or people with customer service backgrounds as training is provided.
  RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
   » Detailed verification of information provided by sellers registering on the company Platform.
   » Liaising with Risk Control Analyst for the identification and detection of suspicious activity.
   » Sellers first point of contact for any verification queries.
   » Maintain quality assurance controls by providing regular feedback on SOPs and Operational process.
   » Working within tough business SLA’s.
   » Deliver effective performance in-line with Investigator goals for quality and productivity.
   » contact with other departments to ensure prosperous onboarding of sellers onto the company platform.
   » contact with other company departments to ensure cross functional success.
   » Assisting management with escalated cases and cases that need deeper review.
   » Make timely, practical, effective decisions.
   » Opportunity to be involved in mentoring and coaching new colleagues.
BASIC Appropriate qualifications:  
   » Excellent written and spoken business expertise and an capability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses.
   » Excellent interpersonal expertise, with the capability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
   » Demonstrated capability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance.
   » Demonstrated capability to analyze problems logically.
   » Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented.
   » Strong organizational expertise.
   » Effective prioritization of work time to ensure productivity, fulfill department standards for time spent and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing urgency.
   » Demonstrated capability to exceed expectations with regard to executeance and individual contribution.
   » Demonstrated analytical and problem solving expertise, including the capability to recognize nonobvious patterns.
   » capability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
   » practice with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
   » Passionate commitment to Company's emergence as the world's most customer-centric company.
   » Fluency in English and Mandarin both written and verbal (this function is bi-lingual)
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  
   » Third level qualification.
   » Previous work practice in a customer service environment.
   » expertise of or practice in a fraud/risk management environment highly desirable. 
COMPENSATION
   » 31 paid holiday (Including bank holidays)
   » Permanent Contract (6 months’ Probation time)
   » Health Insurance
   » Job location: Cork
   » Working hours (8:00am-5:00pm) – Flexibility needed
   » Working days (Part- weekend shift required)
