My client, an innovative and dynamic Law Firm in Cork City is currently seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to provide administrative support

Key responsibilities of this Function:

Provide excellent Litigation focused secretarial support to 4 solicitors
Audio type all documents as instructed
PA tasks such as diary management and travel arrangements
Prepare, edit and format legal documents and templates
Update and maintain accurate data on the firm's Information technology database
Produce and format various legal documents
Provide other ad hoc requests as and when required
The ideal candidate:

Previous Legal Secretarial practice across Litigation is essential for this function
Recognised Law or related qualification
Highly motivated, keen to lgain and adaptable in your approach
Strong administrative expertise and will be highly proficient in MS office
capability to work to strict deadlines on a everyday basis
