Specialized Customer Care

Kansas City, MO company needs several customer servicespecialists for a non-scripted environment. Will work with real estate professionals all over the United States to provide specialized service. Will be trained to meet the specifics of each professionals needs.

This company is NOT interested in traditional call center background. A steady background in retail, food service managementor serversorservice orientedfield such as cosmetology,with a strong phone presence.

These positions require strong interpersonal communication expertise for problem solving and decision making.Must have perfect grammar, be energetic and friendly. Needs to be be computer savvy.

There are two shifts; 9a-6p or 10a-7p (some overtime)and 1 Sat shift per month. Pay starts at $14/hr, goes to $15/hr at perm with an escalation in pay and bonuses located on attendance and performance.
