Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to begin your career in Financial Services? Irish life are seeking Customer Engagement Representatives for our Customer Centre in Dundalk. If you are highly motivated, enjoy customer interactions and want career progression, the function of the Customer Engagement Representative could be the perfect opportunity for you to bring your skills to the front line of one of Irelands leading Financial Services companies.

What We are seeking for
   » Highly motivated, results-driven individuals with exceptional multi-tasking capabilities and an capability to thrive in a busy, target driven environment.
   » You will actively engage with our customers by making outbound calls to support the pre and post sales journey, so We are pursuing expert communicators (written and verbal) with best in class interpersonal skills.
   » The capability to interact positively with our customers over the phone and to think critically under pressure to answer queries and address any issues, whilst ensuring a high level of customer service, is a key requirement.
   » Good PC skills and a good working expertise of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Word, Outlook and Excel, a must.
   » We like to build supportive teams, who help each other out, and who are willing to ?go the extra mile'. Ideal candidates will be proven team players, with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, and who thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
   » We champion innovative suggestions so we looking for people who will be happy to give their ideas on how we can make our systems and processes better.
   » Our opening hours are 9am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm on Fridays and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays. Rotas are flexible; we'll support your demands outside of work once you support those of your teammates.
Please note that candidates will need to have 2 honours (C3 or higher) in 2 higher level subjects in the Leaving Certificate, and at least a pass in ordinary level Maths & English. If completed pre 2007 this requirement may not apply to you. If you have gone on to achieve a higher diploma, degree, or higher in a business related topic the minimum Leaving Certificate requirements do not apply. (Documentary evidence will be required).
