Talent Development & Attraction Specialist
As Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist you will contribute to group's growth as a key member of an ambitious team with a focus on supporting and mentoring company's future leaders.
The Function:
   » Developing talent acquisition strategies and development projects for individuals and teams.
   » Coordinate employment branding initiatives.
   » Design and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
   » Take initiatives to ensure positive candidate practice.
   » Implement a talent management model and succession planning to support short and long-term organisational needs.
   » Organize career fairs, assessment centers or other events to build employer brand consciousness and drive conversion from consciousness to applications.
   » Engage with potential candidates through all social media platforms and professional networks.
   » Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
   » Nurture long-term relationships with past candidates and potential candidates.
   » Keep abreast of latest recruiting trends and adapt your strategy to changing market conditions.
   » Partner with key stakeholders to forecast market requirements.
   » prosperously meet recruitment targets set through forecasting process.
   » Collaborate with annual programme budget and resource plan, with a cost-conscientious approach.
   » Create a reporting structure to analyse hiring targets effectiveness.
Requirements:
   » Third level education
   » Minimum of 3 years' practice in a L&D driven function
   » Excellent project management and stakeholder management record
   » leadership abilities expertise: passion to coach, influence, develop and inspire individuals and teams, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
   » Confident working with multiple groups, establishing strong professional networks across a complex, fast-moving organisation
   » Results driven: committed to achieve individual and shared goals
   » Delivers remarkable presentations, pitching complex concepts with clarity
   » Dynamic problem solver who explores various approaches and suggests innovative solutions
   » Creative, dynamic, self-starter individual with intense business acumen, demonstrating analytical and negotiating capability
