Client Service Advisor - 10 Month FTC

The Client Service Advisor is responsible forproviding first class customer service to our clients who engage with our Client Support team for support on our product, services and technical support.

Key responsibilities are:
   » To respond accurately and timely to all client queries either by telephone, email or workflow always aiming for resolution at first point of contact
   » To proactively analyse client issues, take appropriate action and provide appropriate advice
   » To co-ordinate with other areas of Equifax to ensure complete investigation of client query, and to own query through to resolution
   » capability to handle complex inbound and outbound telephone calls to clients
   » Works to a high standard of performance (quality, punctuality, attendance, productivity and flexibility)
   » Works effectively as part of a high performing team
   » Follows company and departmental procedures at all times

Core operating hours are Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm, however weekend shifts are included in the rota up to twice a month.

Required practice:
   » practice of working in a busy, fast paced office environment, working to tight deadlines
   » 2+ years practice workingin customer service function
   » Knowledge and knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
