Job Description

The main responsibilities are: Kforce has a client in search of a Technical Support Analyst in Peebles, Ohio (OH). The work schedule will be M-F 7 am to 4 pm with very little, if any overtime.

Essential Job Functions:
   » Field Technician, PC/laptop Deskside, Break/Fix Support, IMAC Test and image desktops and laptops
   » Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals
   » Setup, configure and add all hardware
   » Assist with large IMAC's (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes)
   » Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention
   » Provide technical support to end users via telephone
   » Back up and burn end user data
   » Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes
   » Assist coworkers in resolution of end users' technical issues
   » Assist coworkers in the execution of established processes and escalations
   » Repair, test, image and clean PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware

Job Requirements

   » A+ certification would be a plus
   » Candidate should at least 6 months to 2 years of practice
   » Possess 1 to 2 years of practice in a break / fix environment
   » Strong verbal and written communication expertise
   » A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
   » Able to lift and palletize heavy equipment (PC's, monitors, printers)

Must Have expertise:
   » Uses a confident, positive attitude to deliver great customer practices and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction
   » Deep knowledge of diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing PC/laptop hardware internal components (motherboard, hard drives, RAM, CPU), and knowledge of troubleshooting PC software (Windows blue-screen, Outlook, connect network printers) as well
   » Dependcapability; both to get work done independently, and for attendance for availcapability to work scheduled hours
