Produce a quality product per print as assigned, with average supervision. Person must rely on practice and judgment to accomplish goals with above average degree of independence and initiative to complete job requirements in a timely manner. Must understand the company's organization and overall policies.

   » Performs assigned jobs in, glass bead, clean/pack, and deflashing, as needed.
   » Performs in-process quality checks on all work performed.
   » Adheres to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures and work instructions, company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.
   » Documents time entry in the computer and completes shop floor documentation.
   » Completes assigned jobs according to operation standards within specifications. REQUIRED expertise, expertise, AND ABILITIES
   » Basic mathematical and measurement expertise (add, subtract, multiply, divide, understand fractions and decimals).
   » Good communication and interpersonal expertise to interact professionally and constructively with the lead, manager and coworkers.
   » Excellent organizational expertise.
   » Manual dexterity to work with very small parts.
   » 20/20 vision (corrected) in order to see under Standard Viewing Conditions.
   » Detail-oriented to correctly complete manufacturing paperwork.
   » capability to follow and execute processes/directions and basic blueprint specifications
   » capability to read and write English in order to read and interpret manufacturing processes.
   » Must be able to troubleshoot problems

   » High school diploma or equivalent.
   » No practice necessary, will train. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires walking, sitting, communicating with others at least 1/3 of scheduled hours.

Information technology also involves reaching and using hands and fingers to operate measuring instruments and machinery. Occasionally requires lifting of up to 50 pounds (under 1/3 of the time). Must have adequate dexterity with hands and able to work in small areas.


Must be able to read small print (6-12 font) with or without vision aides. The operator is occasionally required to view items at 20 inches or less, with or without vision aides.
