We have a great opportunity for a practiced Office Administrator to take-up a maternity cover contract position within a large services organisation in Limerick City.

We have a great opportunity for apracticed Office Administrator to take-up a maternity cover contract positionwithin a large services organisation in Limerick City.
Overview of the The main responsibilities are:
*contact with various department officials regarding data creation and departmental queries
*Manipulate data and collate reports using excel
*Handling telephone queries & query resolution
*General administration to include filing, scanning and photocopying
*Ad hoc tasks as required
Profile
*Minimum of 2-3 years practice required in a similar function
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word &Excel
*Strong attention to detail and capability to work towards deadlines
*Enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication expertise
*Must be immediately available & willing to commit to duration of contract
