Trade Partners International provide Managed Outsourced Sales Services delivering profitable growth for clients into the UK, European and other markets. Our clients operate across a range of sectors including Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, Construction, Software, Finance and Retail.
We have a great opportunity for a Sales Support Executive working with key clients.
this function will report to a Sales Account Manager, but the right person will, in time, be allocated their own clients to manage and service.
tasks & Responsibilities
Manage Trade Partners International client outsource sales portfolios, including
   » Research markets, market opportunities and potential to grow
   » Support the client sales appointment setting plan and the achievement of key sales targets
   » Consolidate and manage agreed volumes of client leads on a everyday basis while developing client customer base
   » Conduct outbound customer calls to promote and sell products / services on behalf of clients, including acquiring and qualifying customer information
   » Identify and engage with key decision makers in targeted businesses
   » Capture, maintain and manage complete CRM database of client customers with complete customer business, contacts and continuing communications information
   » Ensure follow through on all customer actions through active management of client CRM
   » Research and monitor client competitor products / services and develop competitive selling strategies for client products / services
   » Manage and issue product /service literature, brochures, catalogues and other campaign materials using both digital and traditional channels
   » Assist and support the client sales, marketing or other departments in handling /redirecting requirements or enquiries to appropriate departments
   » Provide continuing general support to the Trade Partners International Managed Outsourced Sales programme
Essential Requirements
   » Educated to degree level with 2-3 years field sales practice
   » Strong drive to achieve in a busy target driven environment
   » Strong customer service focus with an capability to build trust
   » capability to use technology to aid the sales process (research / sales bottlenecks)
   » Proven professional telephone manner with strong communication and interpersonal expertise
   » capability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
   » Take responsibility for own personal development, including upskilling
   » Full clean driving licence
Technical expertise
   » High level practice and expertise of sales systems, processes and CRM applications
   » High level literacy in MS Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
income: negotiable depending on practice - range € 35-50 K (inclusive of bonus)
This is a function that can potentially expand into an earning capacity of €60-70 K
