Our client currently has an immediate requirement for a temporary receptionist / admininstration support to cover a busy period. this function should last up to 2 week.
Main tasks to include:
   » To provide administration support to the business
   » Reception cover and data entry
   » To maintain and update spreadsheets and database records for significant projects.
   » To undertake such other tasks as may be reasonably required by the Company. The person will have:
appropriate significant practice working in an office administration position.
   » Excellent organisational and time management expertise, and the capacity to multitask
   » Must be able to operate with the least amount of direct supervision, self-organise, schedule, and prioritise workload and manage simultaneous activities
   » Fully competent in using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel)
